Recently, I had two tyres replaced and a wheel alignment done here. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the whole process took about 1.5 hours, which was reasonable. However, I was a bit surprised to be charged more for the wheel alignment, despite confirming the price multiple times over the phone. I’d recommend asking for a written quote beforehand to avoid any misunderstandings. I’ll make sure to do that if I return for another tyre replacement.

The team are terrific, professional and honest. They don’t over service or over charge. I had a funny new noise in my car, and after listening to the noise for 2 days, I was driving past so I pulled in. The boss got one of his mechanics to go for a 5 minute test drive. We pulled back into the garage, they got a spray bottle of soapy water, sprayed the intercooler hose, revved the engine and bubbles flew off the cracked intercooler hose. They walked across to a parts dealership bought the part I needed and fitted it on the spot! Problem diagnosed and fixed within 30 minutes with no notice. Thanks Castle Hill Tyre and Auto!

This place is worth considering for sure. I'd be very surprised if you are disappointed.
I phoned to ask a price on removing tyres from second hand rims.
They quoted a very fair price & were excellent on the phone.
When I got there the service was excellent. The office had 2 people working there & served me very quickly.
I stopped by 7 times over a period of a week to drop off & pick up wheels both in the morning 8.00am & afternoon 4.45pm.
Every time the office had 2 or 3 people to serve me.
But the thing I noticed was the staff in the workshops were smiling & clearly happy to be there. On 4 occasions I was asked if I wanted a hand by staff already doing other things.
I believe this great attitude makes a huge difference & while I didn't need help it's clear they appreciate their customers.
I don't often write a review for a place unless their service or product stands out.
I think it would be worth a phone call & see what you think for yourself.
